I think I’m going to insure my basic for an agreed value next time around, I’d don’t think the insurance company would value it right otherwise

I have an agreed value on my 999 PD of £11k - in excellent condition and for the first time ever I have had an insurer suggest the amount needs “updating to reflect the market” to £15k! ….for a modest increase in premium of course.

i have one of the original uk 999 pd in original condition (i think of only 9 in the uk) and unrestored it is not an garage queen but a used example which runs and rides well i have considered putting it on ebay lately .i would like to think i could start it at £15k on ebay and get bids

So do we think that the one that has just sold on eBay was a genuine original factory PD?

If yes someone got a nice buy.

As mentioned earlier, the painted tank, seat and rack must be worth getting on for around £2500.
