Just wondering, are all you guys using "modified for motorbikes" GPS units or standard ones too? I've just bought a 276c, and would like to mount it up where it belongs, but I am worried by touratech's reference to vibrations in said units.
Otherwise I'll have to buy one of TT's MSG mounts, and be done with it.

Any info greatly appreciated.

Not me. And I don't know anybody who does either.

Or anybody who has had problems with standard out-of-the box Garmin units...

If you ask me, it's mainly a sales argument for "special" units/mounts.
