G4 to zumo 550

Will the scala G4 connect to a zumo 550 as i am struggling, it comes up on the zumo screen saying its found the G4 but wont actually connect, any ideas?

Did you have to do anything different as im following the scala guide and it wont connect?

No I followed the Scala guide just two days ago and it connected first try. You need to do it quickly as the headset only stays in bonding mode for 60 secs I think from memory.

No problems with mine either. Sorry if this is too obvious, but have you got Bluetooth enabled on the Zumo and selected the Scala G4 as the device to connect to?

Thanks all had to reset satnav. Then all ok .
