Any recommendations for tyres for my G450? Right now the ground is hard and dry and my riding is a combination of road and green lanes and no competition work so what would be a good next choice of tyres?

crossengo BF goodrich: 18mm knobbies on the back wheel its DOT(road legal) but no FIM (competition).
Also kenda has good cheap road legal tyres also with 18mm knobbies kenda k760 trackmaster.
persanly im fond of the micheline enduro comp. IV and V
but the are FIM (13mm knobbies)
I espacaly like the front of the end. comp. becaus it has diagional side knobs, very good grip!(same as the pirelli scorpion pro i believe)
the original metzelzler 6 days i like also.
Next tyres will be the at the back, crossengo and front endo. comp.

I use my 450 exclusively for challenging green lanes (and unavoidable linking roads) and followed the advice of old sages in the Trail Riders Forum, which was to leave the front OE enduro tyre and replace the rear with a trials tyre - a Metzeler MT43. Result was my first ever ride without throwing the bike down the 'road'. What this means in practice is on slippery surfaces the enduro tyre gave no warning and had me on my ear in an instant, whilst the MT43 slides progressively and is catchable.
No idea about comparable life of the tyres but it was a transformation that I'd heartily recommend. However, I suppose it all depends what terrain you use the bike on...

I went for Mitas CO2 back and C19 front in the end, my wife did the research and made the choice and assures me they are the way to go for my split of on/off road and says she will even help me fit them!

I run a Mitas CO2 on the rear and a Bridgestone Gritty on the front, all year round all conditions, with mousses hence the reason I'm not in a hurry to change them.

I went out for a 25 mile bimble this morning on the chosen tyres - A Mitas C-02 coupled with a Mitas C-19 front, the first 3 miles were tarmac and it was evil and hitting grass was about the same but dropping the pressures a bit more sorted that and all in all they seem very competent.
I do notice a slight weave on tarmac but I can live with that. Do you do much work with the mousses? I am tempted but not sure if they would work on extended road trips.

i ride with bib mouse front and rear.
not in all tyre'sfit the mouse(is it difficult to put mouse in).
last year in the eastern europe rally there was a part off 400 KM tarmac.
no problem with the bib mouse(bu i didn go fatser then 100km/hours) on a hot day an if you put a lot of throtle a mousse ca "melt"if seen it happen on a HP2 on the high way.
micheline says not faster then 80 km/hours on tarmac an no longet then 30 miles... but on a drz 440400km where no problem.i rode 2500km on then. then removed them andnow on the beemer on the rear is the mouse again, the front i dont know doesn look that good anymorfe after 1 year but first i will greass itagain en then look how it is. I am very fond of the mouse never e flat tyre!

AN update:
10ish hours on the tyres now and they are fine, every bit as good as anything else I have ridden on wear is good, I have not noticed the drop from 140 to 120 rear and at the price (GBP38 each delivered) I am very happy with the Mitas C-02/C-19 combo
