Nice day to nip over the bridge into the Garden of England. Came of the M20 to follow the lane and villages down to Folkestone(my birth place)

Kent has some cracking lanes and villages to bimble around

Stop for a coffee before a coast ride to the only desert in Britain,and a spot of lunch.

Got to Dungeness(It's officially a desert)

Still got the remnants of rail from back in the day.

Couldn't post anything there as no signal.

Followed the coast road as best you can into Sussex,had to stop and take a photo of this once great place.Back in the late 80's was the place to be for a northern soul and scooter weekender.

Many happy,happy weekends,chucking stuff down ya throat and having the time of our lives.Now a crumbling edifice of days gone bye.
RIP Camber.

Nice ride. There are some good routes in Kent, bypassed by most who tramp through via the M20/M2. Means most of the village routes are empty though

It's a queer place to visit/explore,well worth the time and surrounded by the marshes. I do love a ride around those parts.
