garmin 2610 mounting help

bought a second hand 2610 unit off fleabay. this is what i want to do

get a lockable touratech mount, but apparently they bolt on to a cross bar, which i dont have on my 800gs

also want to hard wire the nav

also want to be able to hear directions in helmet (i thought the 2610 had an earphone socket) but have found it doesnt unless i am not looking hard enough.


what are my options and where from cheers

Can't help you with the mount for the 800, I'm afraid.

The power cable that comes with the Garmin motorcycle mount contains a fly-lead for the 2.5mm mono audio output.
 
just bought a touratech mount and a lead , just need to know how to wire it now, do you just wire it to the battery, it looks like it has an inline fuse on it??
