Garmin in US!

OK so I have the chance to buy a GPS system while I'm in the US for a few quid less than I would pay in the UK..

Now what I need to know is, is this a good idea as I'll have US map and not the UK one, is it easy to get hold of the UK one and how much?

I did exactly this when I bought my ique, I ordered the european city select while I was there, it cost me $299.

Make sure you do this, as you cannot buy ESS in Europe.

Cheaper to buy in the UK

It's cheaper to buy in the UK when the cost of Europe V7 is added, unless you want to use it in the US as well.

£550.00 seems to be the average cost now, and Garmin Europe are a fantastic company to do business with if you have any problems.
