Garmin Response Times.

GET THIS............

Having problems getting through on the 'phone I sent an email to Garmin on 19th August, bemoning a problem with my 2720.

Subsequently I did get through on the 'phone and ultimately sent it back and got a replacement.

Today, 11th November; I've got a response to my original mail from Garmin, asking if I still had a problem with my StreetPilot, and what could they do to help.

Is this a record................Nearly THREE months to respond to a matter sorted by another department.

I give up!!!!!

By contrast I emailed Garmin's tech support department at 19.37 yesterday and received a reply at 9.07 this morning. Now I call that excellent service.

I posted my poorly i3 on tuesday afternoon & received a new one thursday morning!!!!
 
Posted my device back to them on Wednesday of last week (8 Nov). They quoted an approximate 10 day turnaround time... I'll let you know...
