GET THIS............
Having problems getting through on the 'phone I sent an email to Garmin on 19th August, bemoning a problem with my 2720.
Subsequently I did get through on the 'phone and ultimately sent it back and got a replacement.
Today, 11th November; I've got a response to my original mail from Garmin, asking if I still had a problem with my StreetPilot, and what could they do to help.
Is this a record................Nearly THREE months to respond to a matter sorted by another department.
I give up!!!!!
