I recently wrote about the screen freezing and appearing unreparable on my Zumo 550. I am very pleased to announce that after a 10 min telephone call to the Garmin Europe helpline on Monday past, my unit was on route back for repair or replacement on Tuesday by special delivery. Today, Friday I was delighted to take delivery of a brand new 550, excellent service, well done Garmin.
