garmin street sp3 de luxe

Have placed a bid on a Street Pilot on e-bay, but if I am not succesful, I may well be interested. ;)

When you say "MapSource V" in your post at the top of this thread, do you mean to say "CityNavigator 5" instead?

The version of MapSource that you have does not matter, because the purchaser can update to the latest version of MapSource free of charge by downloading it from the Garmin website. MapSource is the computer program (executable) that is used to move map segments from the PC to the GPSR. MapSource itself has no maps.

But, the version of the maps themselves (the cartography) that you have matters a great deal to the prospective purchaser. If you have CityNavigator Europe 5, which is well out of date, it will cost the buyer USD $150 to upgrade it to CityNavigator Europe Version 6, which is the current version. Upgrades to the map products are NOT free.
