Garmin World Map for Morocco ?

Were off to Morocco later in the year am i right in thinking there is more detail on world map than on the atlantic base map ?

If this is the case do you need unlock codes for it or can you get a "copy" and just load it ?

The World Map does not need unlock codes.

You can look at the World Map in the Map Viewer at Garmins web site. I don't find anything about the World Map being better than the Atlantic base map in Morocco and of course World Map doesn't support routing.

Can you have both?

is it possible to load the World map for Morocco and City Select/Navigator for Spain? I'm thinking specifically for the Quest.

Yes you can mix and match map sets.

The Garmin unit will display the world map where it has it (over and above the base map) but any routing will only be done on the base map. That's not really a problem in Morocco as you can just do an offroad route to the point.
