hi all

I have a 08 (but 07 model GSA) I am looking for a bracket/clamp to mount my touratech Mvg Zumo GPS mount to the upper rail of my windscreen, so thats its above the clocks

at this rate I am going to be bald and looney before the week is out:blast

I know there is a migsel one and a TT one..

but I have a clamp with the TT Mvg already but it will only fit around the slightly smaller crossbar.

just want to know does anybody know where to get a larger 1/2 clamp

I have tried heating supply store and all the DIY places.... any clamps they had were plastic or copper

any ideas would be welcome... :bow

ta V much

bmw do a fixing for their system which also fits the zumo. I have just ordered one for my 08 gsa . about 35 quid and it attaches to the bar above the clocks.
then the zumo mounts to that. looks quite neat.

mine coming from Williams MCR .
Also try telferizer.com
the guy is called bob and makes mounts for all bikes. He is very helpful and will make something if he hasnt already.

teel him oly recommended you

Padge's mount

Does anyone have a picture of Padge's mount? I've been looking at Migsel's, but remember Padge's was half the price!!!

Cheers in advance:)

If I get my hands on more I'll let you know..

MIGSEL.COM do a nice fixed bracket, similar style to Padges nice mount. It has only been release beginning of Feb and is approx £75 but looks well engineered. Designed for Zumo 550.

Padges was cheeper but he hasn't got any.

Zumo mount

I have just mounted my zumo on the screen support bar,i used a bit of scrap aluminium i had in my workshop, spent an hour on the bridgeport miller fits perfectly. It may not look as pretty as some of the cnc machined ones but it does the job.
