Very briefly (cos it's late):

remove rear wheel

support the final drive with a ratchet strap or something

undo the paralever arm, allow the FD to tilt backwards - beware it's very heavy

undo the drain plug (the plug at the back of the FD)

replace drain plug, reattach paralever arm (this bit is tricky, you need to get the drive shaft back into the FD)

remove the ABS sensor and add new oil through its mounting hole (250ml)

Gearbox action noticably better after oil change, 8000 miles done.
