I'll have you know that is one of the most essential pieces of biking equipment I own. It goes on my bike much more than I do. When I come home and park up the two clogs sit on the bike seat to stop the neighbourhood cats using it as a bed. They seem to like sitting up on the saddle and stretching and clawing it so if I don't put the cover on - the clogs take up position and keep the moggies away
