Gell Seat Pad or Sheep?

Going to Normandy next week and find the standard seat a bit on the hard side after an hour. Have not got time to get the seat reappolstered, but have thought about getting a gell pad. Some seem to recommend a hide off of one of our wooley friends. What do you think should I buy the sheep or get a strap on gell pad?

Forget the gel pad - very expensive and a waste of money. Several threads in this forum on the advantages of sheepskin. Some of them relate to riding a bike...

No choice.

Just to clarify, you actually don't need to buy a whole sheep, just the skin with attached wooly bit.

Thats blown it with the wife:eek: I was going to keep it on the lawn in between rides and save her mowing the grass.:D
