Does anyone know if warm and safe gloves can be used with Gerbing jacket and cables? ie are they compatible?
Thanks

Interesting question, i'll keep any eye on this thread as its something i might do if its possible. Ive got the gerbing gloves but they dont work with a remote so it means faffing with the gloves buttons.
They're both 12v so i dont see why they wouldnt, but i'm a numpty with electrics.
Not sure if the plug connections are the same though.
Hope you get a response from somebody more competant than me.

I have a Gerbing jacket and a Motolegends gift voucher. As ML sell warm and safe I wonder if they are compatible.

Can’t remember if the internal diameter of the plug is the same or not.
WnS do not fit Keis as one is 2.1 and the other 2.5mm
The plugs will work one way round but not the other as obviously 2.5 won’t go into 2.1mm
IIRC - WnS is 2.1mm

Good result from the collective as usual. Think i'll give them a try later this year, the gerbings dont quite suit how i operate, great quality gloves, very very warm, but the buttons are such a faff for me. Might be a hardly used pair in the for sale section later in the year..... lol

For anyone tripping over this thread, you can buy (very cheaply) 2.5 to 2.1 / 2.1 to 2.5 adaptors for the barrel plugs.

So i have a 20,000 Mwah powerbank, if i get a USb to 2.1 or 2.5 adaptor i should be good to try with my W&S top?

The whole world seems to have changed to buttons on the cuffs mainly to suit the need to support small rechargeable lithium batteries running on 7.4V. This is due to an abhorrence for wires of any kind (R.I.P Autocom Communications) by the biking community. .

The only manufacturer not blinded by this new technology is apparently Warm 'n Safe. Motolegends stock their inner glove liners but not the gloves themselves.

Keis gloves are wired BUT the placement of the button means that they either change settings or switch off because the jacket cuff presses exactly where the button is. Its not just one jacket or bike type either.
They refuse to move them despite numerous complaint from users.

My Gerbing ones never switch off or change settings, but as I've said, you can't adjust under the cuffs, so need to set heat before you do the cuffs up. But I've never had my gloves hotter than the second level, so just set before I set off

The Info section on the WarmnSafe site has everything the OP needs, it is quality gear and genuinely does do as it says on the tin.

As a side note, I've tweaked and 3d printed a bracket for the dual heatroller to make it more secure than using the velcro, just secure with a cable tie and attach the heatroller with 2 x O-Rings and then easy to switch between multiple bikes to.

Bit neater than mine just cable tied straight onto middle section of the bars between the clamps!

I thought I read somewhere w n s not making the liners any more? Hope not otherwise I'm knackered if mine fail.
