Ive Just purchased a German R100GS 1988 off Gumtree, anyway does anyone know the procedure for UK registration.Any Advice would be much appreciated .Cheers

I went through this procedure last year.The forms can seem a bit daunting as they ask for a lot of information that I just didn't have . In the end I phoned the licensing centre who were really helpful and said that the as far as they were concerned once the bike had been MOT then all I had to do was to answer as many of the questions as I could . I sent everything off and got an age related registration within about a week .

Exellent Russel that what I wanted to hear ,Ive got the Forms coming from DVLA so an mot is required first .I was hopeing to Register it and then fix the bike up ,so ill need to get myself busy getting it Mot,d cheers
