Germany Recommendations for overnight stops en route to Czech Republic.

Warstein was a bust then?
Heading that way in 10 days time and was considering it
Yep, nothing there of interest. The brewery is outside of the town, I booked to actually stay in the brewery. The bar wasn’t open shut at 1700 apparently, no staff just a key in a box job. Nothing in the town of interest it’s not quintessentially German, no bars or cafes etc open, ended up having to go to a kebab shop for food as no other choice.

Hersbruck by comparison was brilliant, a beautiful and lively town to explore, typically German, with lots to see and do, great bars and restaurants etc. I would highly recommend a stay there.
