Just install the plugin and be done with it. More and more websites these days are using Flash, so it won't be just this site that annoys you. You'll end up with nowhere to go.

Change to Mozilla Terry......then you can disable the pop up and be left with a little green jigsaw puzzle icon to indicate that there's a bit of software missing.
