Hi All
Free passes for the Grossglockner
We have just had a reply back from the Hohe Tauern National Park saying that they are going to use the same vouchers as last year to get our guests over the Grossglockner toll road (saving 18 euros per bike). We can,as last year, send out these vouchers to those people booked with us and thinking of arriving via the Grossglockner
Could those of you who have already booked with us but not yet provided bike details contact me as soon as possible. We would like to post the vouchers in early March when we will be back to England for a few weeks break. This is to avoid the uncertainties of the Austrian postal system.
For those of you as yet undecided the deal is;- stay at least two nights with us and you get the use of a National Park card. Not only is the Grossglockner free, it also covers the Nockalmstrasse and Maltahochalmstrasse (both not to be missed) as well as various boat trips, mountain railways, cable cars etc, etc. Most people save enough each day to cover their bar bill with us.
