It was an official offer from BMW any one who paid a deposit on a new GSA could get a ride pre launch and have there deposit refunded if the bike wasnt to there liking, glad i got to pre ride it it was great but cant get mine till June long waiting list !
Took my 1150GSA for MOT at AJ's this morning (Had it for 9yrs now and would never, ever, ever, never part with it). Saw the new 1200 GSA demo and went into a (wet) dream... could only imagine it to be extremely light, agile, totally responsive and feckin' amazin to be honest!
Do I want one? Absolutely!
Anyway, 1150 duly passed MOT and then I woke up...did I really want to ride it home after such a (wet) dream? Did I really contemplate putting it on the market after being such a loyal beast? (Ignore paragraph 1 at this stage)...got me some prices and currently in negotiations with SWMBO as I type...can someone define what she means by "You can get a new car for that price"...does that mean 'Yes'

Off to see a pre-launch viewing of the GSA at Hursts tonight. Apparently its for anyone with a deposit down for the new range of bikes being launched tomorrow. Mine arrives early April, but fortunately their new demo is green, so I'll see what I've ordered.

Is that a custom colour?I've got them in a box here. I've had the rear hangers from the GS fitted so I can use my varios instead of the ally boxes.
