Flog your crappy 1200 and buy an 1150! Far easier to "mount" and just better overall! :thumb2

Ok don't worry you are certainly not on your own with this one, my wife is 5ft and she struggles to mount the bike, which in turn means I struggle to hold it up whilst she fannies around. I was wondering if it is advisable for both rider and pillion to mount the bike whilst on the centre stand and ride/rock the bike off the stand?

Age?? At least it wasn't a problem re bladder control I suppose :augie

:D

Thanks for advice. Was told this way was dangerous by bike salesman?
Cheers,

When did you EVER believe a bike salesman?

I use the right footpeg as a step - as you put your weight on it the bike sags a bit on the suspension and becomes a bit more upright, Also gives you plenty of height to swing the old leg over ....:augie
Works for me (and the missus) :bounce1
