My 04 1150 GS Adventure is equipped with the Integral ABS servo brakes. If a tail light bulb failes the stop light is dimmed to operate as the tail but still operates at full power as a stop light.

The problem - How do you incorporate the Givi E105 LED stop light into the system without the ABS system crying foul? Has anyone had this problem and solved it?

I have an all LED setup with the Top Box Light..........

If you don't touch the Brakes until after the Dash lights have finished Flashing........you will be fine.

The ABS works fine too by the way........;)

Thanks CC

I assume your mean the General Triangular warning light which cancels after the self test and leaves the ABS warning light flashing. Can you use the brakes at this point before the pull away test is completed? (Useful when starting on an incline!!)

If you use the Brakes upon start-up, as you say, when setting off on an incline, the warning light will stay on unfortunately.

Either choose where you stop, ready for setting off, otherwise you will have to switch the ignition off and on again to reset the system, you can do it whilst rolling if you like when you get the chance.

Sounds a bit tiresome but you get used to it........honest.....:D
