Has anyone any experience of this luggage ? I am after a topbox for the GS and don't particulary like the BMW ones.
The new Givi Trekker looks quite good and is good value.

Regards Steve.

I got the larger top box last year, well made bit of kit, waterproof etc and easily packed due to its shape, only problem is that unlike my last maxia 52 it will not take two full face lids.
My GSA has standard allo panniers and the Trekker matches in quite well

I also went from the Maxia E52 to the Trekker 46 and agree with all you said and it looks a lot better and matches the Varios

Check out the Kappa version too, I prefer the look, especially if you don't need the part opening section.

Goy Trekker on my S10.

Not used them for a tour yet, but seem to be an excellent piece of kit. Look good too, IMHO

Hi, I've just bought a 33l topbox and rackfor about £240 delivered from italy and very pleased with it. It goes on and off in secondsand matches the vario panniers well. The rack sits low on the bike which makes the box much more stable.

I use the 46L one. Pleased with it. I tend to use it when commuting to save on width and when 2 up... for all her shoes!

I've got the 46, quite a bit bigger then the vario top case I had and much better quality.

My only concern with the 52 would be the thing must be bloody massive quite a bit of weight and a bit like an air brake!

I do miss not being able to get both lids in the top box ,may look at the new one and if it isn't too much like a barn door purchase one.
