Hi,

Im very near to pulling the trigger on a 2016 GS1200 TE.

Ive already got some Givi Trekker 33l panniers and a 52l Topbox which im more than happy with. Does anyone have Givi Trekkers on their LC GS? Ive seen there are rack/adaptors available but i was wondering id the sit sysmetrically on the bike , IE stick out the same distance?

Thanks in advance.

Hartley

Hi Hartley

Can't help with the 33s but the 52 works well on an LC

Indeed :)

Touratech Zega Pro 2 with the cutout for the exhaust (38ltr)

Top quality boxes but I ended up buying inner bags cos the quick release system is a bit shite in truth (nowhere near as practical as the Givi Outbacks)

Turns out soft bags are much better than lugging panniers when touring so all turned out well in the end :thumb2

I had the 33s and a 52 top box on mine, worked well. Slightly off centre if I remember but nothing crazy, il try dig out some photos

Leadfarmer,
I have inner bags for my Trekkers and they were a sound investment.

R800, pics would be great thanks.

These are ones I have on my phone, il look on the PC at home to see if I have any directly from behind...

Great pics R800 and appreciated. Did the very same roads this year on our Crosstourer.
Cases look good and are becoming the most likely way to go, im assuming you used Givi mounts, i understand SW Motech also do a setup for Givi cases.

Ya Givi mounts, the rear indicators move slightly to make space but it's fairly handy to do and the instruction were good as far as I remember.
