Just ordered one of these as a replacement for my busted vario top case (Bloody thing went flying off and the whole base is cracked!). Anyone have one and can confirm its size? I know it is quoted at 46ltrs which is the same as the vario however is this true or is it smaller/bigger etc? I can just squeeze in a full face helmet in the vario so hoping the trekker is a little larger if anything (no internal mechanism to expand and possibly better shape?)

Got one on mine. Easy fit for a full face. I've seen a photo on two squeezed in. No chance with a normal size helmet so far as I can see. Seems pretty robust so far.

I haven't had a Vario topbox, but my Trekker is definitely larger than an expanded right hand Vario pannier. It swallows my large-shelled Schuberth S1 Pro with ease and Trudi can store her Shoei lid and Dainese textile jacket in it when we park up.
