I find that in summer when I take my gloves off it's hard to get them back on because my hands get so sweaty. Are all gloves like that, or is it because my gloves are cheap? (Is £60 cheap?:nenau)

I like my BMW Rallye gloves for summer, none of the problem you encounter, and my paws sweat loads too. :comfort

Thank you both for your replies.

BMW stuff: well, you can't go far wrong with them, so they are a contender, definitely.

Aerostitch: well, funnily enough I was looking at these a few days ago, I found the video interesting, but the prices were given in US dollars, I don't suppose you know if they are they available in Blighty, Kaister? Only a few days ago I was reading Steptoe's very favourable report on the .... damn, damn, damn, what was the name of that one-piece suit again- the one he's had for the last seven years, good for extremes of climate and goes over your other clothes, all the coments in one of the reviews were favourable, and it does seem that Aerostitch produce some top-quality stuff. :thumb2

PS: I've just emailed Aerostitch asking re UK outlets. :thumb2

just get them sent over - i did.

costs you $10 per pair.

Best gloves ever.

I got the 'yellow' ones - but i think black is the best choice or they look like gardening gloves.

Try a google search for 'Police leather duty gloves'

I use a pair of gloves I had before I retired... they look very much like the Ropers but black.

They have a full kevlar lining and a button closure on the inside of the wrist.... extremely comfortable and hard wearing... and the kevlar lining should help in a slide ( if the glove doesn't come off !)

Just had a cursory search and there's loads ( Amazon included) and not bad prices either :thumb2

And please keep us posted on the reply, thank you.

And I use an old Weisse pair and a recently bought BMW pair and don't seem to have the problem, although you've made me question this now so I'll try and remember to check next time.

Hello John,
We can ship our products to the UK. But as far as a retail store location, we only have our Duluth, MN location.

Thank You,

Adam
Pity about that, I was considering an Aerostitch suit for serious money, but not from all the way across the Atlantic. As for getting gloves, well, I may go for those.

Evening

would that be the Zulu pro duty glove?
They look good gloves £20 :thumb

I wear thin silk gloves - they allow wet/sweaty hands to slip easily into the outer pair
