Going for a play on the Plain

Last Sunday I met up with Speedfour4 to go for a play on the Plain. Never met the chap before and haven't been for a proper day out in some time... but the sun was shining so why the hell not!

So here is Speedfour4 and our weapons of choice for the day. As you can see he subscribes to the Mav school of thought on bike washing... ie: don't do it

So despite it being sunny and dry... there is still water to be found on the Plain...

Then it was off to play on a nice little ramp Gotta work on a getting a little more air next time...

The trails were fast and fun But seeing as I didn't have any crash protection on the bike due to waiting on a part... the inevitable happened

Although it seems like my ribs came off a lot worse than the bike... it still hurts to breathe now!

Anyway, it wasn't going to stop us!

Must come down!

Top, top day out! Loads of great trails, ran at a great pace, interspersed with some great areas for playing.

Looking forward to next time
