Gold wheels on r1150 gs

Hi, Has anyone had their GS wheels anodised gold ?… just wondered how they looked.

Think it would be an extremely expensive , by the time you factor in the cost of two new spoke sets , actually getting the wheels apart , and then anodising and rebuild costs .

Try ADV rider... Instead of taking the piss out each other in a banter sort of way they spend 40 pages arguing in detail about why they are right... Very entertaining it is too... UKGSer is £12 to join properly and if you want you'll learn far more about your GS than you'll ever need to know... Especially an oilhead...

If I could confess to owning a K1100rs with GOLD wheels, does that make me a bad person? Should I flounce? I even asked on here for opinions before I painted them and completely ignored the responses. Should I flounce or could someone just push me over the edge.........?
