Goldwing…….nearly

Yes.
Any issues with the stand scraping on corners ?

Possibly with a riding god like yourself, but not me!:D I have scraped the pegs once when I overcooked a corner which took a LOT of 'bar push to get round without colliding with a van coming the other way  Other than that, no issues. I would say though, make sure your bike is fitted with the Bridgestone Exedra tyres from the factory which are much better than the crappy concrete Dunlops they fit to some. (tbh, I think they reserve most of the Dunlops for the US market where most want high mileage rather than grip).

Ta.
Not sure how I can check which tyres the factory fit !!!

How does the DCT compare to the Africa Twin version Martin?

Kimbo

It’s linked to the ride modes rather than S1 2 and 3 so changes up earlier in Tour but hangs on more in Sport .
Very smooth though . No auto blip on downshift , but still has the + and - shift buttons .
It’s sublime, twinned with that motor !!!

Must admit to watching TMF pottering around on his and thinking, one day I’ll have a test ride.

TBH, I think most UK designated bikes come with the Bridgestone's anyway. You could always ask your dealer to swap them over f.o.c. before you take delivery/collection if not. :nenau

It was just a thought to improve your enjoyment of the bike. :thumb

I’m on Dunlops at the moment and I quite like them (all I could get ) . They take a bit longer to heat up but they suit the bike well. They are a bit softer on the bumps

Dunlops seem ok to me for the way I ride this bike but I’ve heard to not expect over 7k miles and likely less.

Popped into dealer on a matter related to me ADV and he told me my Wing in ‘in transit’ so would expect to see it before the end of the month.

Originally told around mid October so looking promising.

Sorry Andrewb2006, that Top box reminds me of an old George foreman grill , don't ask me why

Or a tiny airstream caravan thingy from US of A…
