Suitcases at a guess, looking at the giant passenger shite bag it’s a moto taxi

75 on the reg is Paris and it looks like there’s also some kind of plate above the reg plate so probably a taxi license thing

It’s a luggage rack. Popular with the yanks. It’ll usually have a large top box on it. The one I saw had a Givi trekker 58 litre box on it.
