He's decided that Band G cars will not now be charged £25 for congestion charges, also those cars in the lowest tax band will still have to pay to enter the Zone.

Already I have seen his lips move - when his masters allow it but already I see he is a mute when it gets difficult and others have to speak instead.
Witness if you will the recent appointment/suspension/investigation/resignation of the Deputy Mayor for Youth, yesterday instead of our elected Mayor telling us why his Deputy has resigned and why he has personally ended the investigation into the former D-M's murky past we were subject to one David Cameron to tell us why - WTF has it got to do with him - feck off and run your opposition to Central Government and lets see exactly what Boris is or isn't capable of
