Just out of curiosity, why did the video have to be pulled?

Really enjoyed these and the quality is fantastic. Can you share how you manage to upload to YouTube and they still look so good - any that I have tried always end up blocky. What settings would I need to choose eg format/resolution/bitrate etc - I have no idea what it all does but can't seem to output anything close to yours?
