Gopro seat post mount

I am off sking tomorrow afternoon and have thought that it would be a good idea to mount my GoPro on a ski pole so need to go out and get a seat post mount tomorrow morning.

Does anyone know of any retailers in Southampton or Hampshire that stock GoPro bits and pieces that I can visit.

I tried Hargraves cycles this afternoon after the guy told me they had 3 in stock but it turned out they didn't

So does the collective have any ideas who else might have one?

You'll probably find a GoPro dealer at your ski resort.

have a look at the 'goprousergroup' web site for some inspiration on mounts.

i suppose it depends how competent a skier you are?

some guys on you tube using lenght's of tube with a tripod mount adapter type thing on the end ....

bit late in the day to be thinking of this TBH!!

Argos sell chest mounts for them if you have time still... Prob get a more stable mount than on a pole

i used one of those mounts on a ski pole while snowboarding last year. very effective.

i think greg's probably right about getting one in resort being the best bet. alternatively there's a windsurfing shop in Lilliput, Poole that had some go-pro stuff last season. sorry, can't remember the name, but a bit of research might turn it up?

Lasy week one of our guys managed to snap off the helmet mount. In Belle Plagne, there were 3 shops that had the spare part. GoPro seem to have deep penetration!
