Gortex repairs

One of the welded seams on my Rallye pro jacket has failed -

any ideas who / were to send it to to get looked at / repaired ?

Probably not useful for damaged seams but I have used Gore-Tex repair kits for holes (exhaust burns) and they were only a tenner. Just apply with a warm iron and they stay on and keep water out
