Got myself an Airhead

Wow

Stunning loking bike Johnny. I wish I'd kept mine. Might have to get another one once I kick the kids out...:D

Cheers guys............. :bow

Rode her last night properly for the 1st time

Goes like a moped on speed

Feels like an enduro bike.............then you glance down and see you're riding an enduro bike, equipped with 1000cc, 65hp and torque by the bucketload - that puts a smile on your face

Roads were wet - but she handles well, very taut and purposeful - tighter than a tight thing and stops with 2 fingers on the front brake :P , with little or no fork twisting

Fritz (our Northern Airhead guru) rode her up the road and declared her very tasty, he should know having done 1000's of miles on Airheads - engine/gearbox felt like new, he said :thumb

As Steppers says............little or no creature comforts (but the 1150GSA has those for me).......first try off road on Sunday :nenau :bounce1
