My first R1200GS, its been a love hate start. When the conditions are right its almost perfect. In town or heavy congestion its one of the worst bikes I have ever owned. After my recent holiday I was considering changing back to the F range. I took an extended test ride and found I did not enjoy it. I tried a few other makes and guess what, I have become a R1200GS convert, wharts and all.

Sargent seat is the first mod on my list, i ride to the Ardennes most weekends and it's a godsend.

I sold my original one when i went to an RT 6 months ago but i missed the GSA to much so had to buy another one and had to buy another new seat as their were no second hand ones about :blast

:eek Really? You need to expand on that!

My Girlfriend lives in Bouillon, a popular haunt of tossers here, she owned a bar there but recently sold it, a few the guys on here come over regulary and stay with us and we get to ride the best roads in the area, eat in the best restuarants and drink cheap beer

I didnt go this week because i picked up the new bike but im over there on thursday and then a Group of us on here going over in two weeks for 5 days for my birthday :thumb2

tough life eh :thumb2

I think I met one your mates at the euro tunnel about 3 weeks ago. Another welsh guy, said he was off to visit a mate whose girlfriend owned a bar.:thumb can't be too many on here fitting that description:nenau
Now she's sold the bar, will you still get cheap beer??:blast

I had a ride through the Ardennes last weekend - 2 of us went down to meet some mates at the Nurburgring and it seemed the obvious route to take the bike. Never been before .... but will definitely be going back :thumb2 Superb roads and loads of quiet villages, just a really laid-back trip.

Yes that was David, WorthingWelsh on here, he said he met you.

She has lived there for 25 years so all the other bar owners are her friends so most of the time its free :thumb2 or all the locals always buy us a drink. We have had some of the best parties ever there :blast

perfect :thumb2
