My 660 packed up and was sent in to Garmin for service. Got it back in 5 days and the sent me a brand new one with all the accessories so I now have two of everything :JB. Might just have to flog some of it...:augie. Great service and fantastic tech support.

They do have excellent support.

Mind you, with the crappy quality, they need it.:augie
 
Was that under warranty or a longer term fixed-price service?

I've had exactly the same service when my 660 died within 3 months of acquisition. This one's lasted nigh on two years but has thrown a few wobblies recently :eek

So they should, considering what garmin charge for extra maps...never on sale like TT.
