GPR headers and y piece for R80GS Basic

The collector on my Basic is rusty and one of the headers is dinged. I’ve looked at replacing them with genuine BMW items but the price is very steep. I’ve also looked at the Keihan ones that Motorworks sell, but to my eyes the y piece looks more like a T piece that won’t flow well. The only other alternative I can find is from GPR which looks like it has a proper Y piece.

Has anyone one here used the GPR headers/Y piece?

Seem to be expensive solutions to a problem that to me don’t exist,
I’ve fitted more than a few keihin y pieces,
Can’t say I’ve had any issues getting the bikes to run nicely.
I don’t have the benefit of riding a bike for ten years then fitting a y piece.
But can say imho apart from a slightly rortier ex note all will be well.
As said ,will make more noise
