I just made myself a tool for doing the swivel bearing (Swingarm Bearings ) regreasing,,,. A 30mm deep socket with a slot cut out for a 12mm hex key.

Is it possible to do this maintainance, one side at a time without disconnecting the rear shock with the bike on its center stand ?

No, not possible. Sorry.

You will need to remove the suspension and swinging arm to do this.

Thanks for the info. I dont know if I need to do this service , the bike is 9 years old but only driven on pawment 10.000km, I was thinking that the grease might be getting dry. Probably nothing wrong with it.

The bearing moves any a few degrees each way so the rollers push grease aside & never get chance to circulate the grease. It's probably due for at least realigning the rollers if not regressing.
