I bought a new pair of Sidi Courier boots for £180 from Infinity Motorcycles in Farnborough for my 3wk trip to Alaska. On the very first day of the trip, the right lower strap snapped for no apparent reason and a few days later, the left one also snapped. Needless to say I was far from happy being in the middle of Alaska with malfunctioning boots, thank heaven for Duck Tape!
I got back from Alaska last night and drove down to Infinity this morning. I spoke with Dean, one of the sales directors, who swapped the boots for brand new ones. I consider this to be outstanding service and would recommend them to anyone.
