Just been to NOG this morning - and, yet again, got tremendous service.
I wanted to get a blue tooth system for our lids and James spent spent well over an hour getting them fitted to both lids and paired up and connected to my iPhone. While doing so, he noticed that the pinlock on my System 6 had warped and offered to replace it under warranty and fit it... turned out it had damaged the visor so simply replaced the whole unit.
Last week, they managed to fit my bike in last minute to replace the FPC and give it a check over before going on our trip next week. Matt, the service manager, wasn't in when I picked up the bike... but he still called me the next day to make sure everything was okay.
