North Oxford BMW

I picked up my new 1200GS from North Oxford BMW last Tuesday and I want to commend them to anyone thinking of using their services or buying a bike from them. They have been excellent to deal with and went out of their way to accommodate my order and make me feel like a very valued customer when I turned up to take delivery of the bike. Top customer service!

(I also have a huge smile on my face because the bike is everything I wanted and a bit more)

I would like to agree with you too Nick. As I have said in previous posts I live in London and have experienced the 'service' that is on offer inside the M25 (Both BMW and non BMW). I can assure you the guys at NOG, Phil and new bloke Steve on sales, Barry Matt and Simon on service are all excellent and seem to have perfected the art of being friendly and professional at the same time. When I decide to change my 1150 I wont waste time going anywhere else.

Yep - NOG get 10/10 from me. Always delivered and often exceeded my expectations.

All my servicing will come from NOG and they have my order for a replacement 1200.

The location is out of my way - I travel in the opposite direction for work - but it's worth the trip.

Brother and I concur with others here, Phil, Mat, Barry, Steve, Mark, Chris and 2 Stuarts at NOG are Top guys. They give 1st class service, always friendly and Free drinks from Zu`s bar, he makes a great cup of Hot Chocolate.

I won't even consider using another dealer - TOP blokes, customer service and attitude 110%. Highly praise them. If you can get to them - do. You won't be sorry you did!!
