I was given a Scala Rider Solo bluetooth unit as a gift last March, used it with my Nokia Navigator for phone and SatNav and it was great -- but then it started playing up. It would just shut down as soon as I tried to answer an incoming call or after the first couple of instructions from the SatNav.
I got onto Cardo Systems and they asked me to post the faulty unit back to them in the US, which I did. They agreed to this even though I had no receipt for the unit, as I had received it as a gift.
A couple of weeks later and a brand new unit turns up in the post, free of charge.
