I recently had a problem with the battery life in my Packtalk Edge losing power. I contacted Cardo support who asked me to carry out a few tests before agreeing to replace the unit under warranty.
I posted the unit to the Budapest service centre at around midday Wednesday and received a new unit by DHL Express Courier at 10.00 am on Friday. Now that's what I call service.
