Hey all,
Well some of you might remember me, a big tall Australian who for a while was in the club, when it first started on a White 650 Dakar, yes the loud one that spent must of the time on the rear wheel. Well I returned to OZ and yep, came back... Europe's just to close not to. Bought myself a XR 650R to potter around and now sick of it and the lure of a BMW has hit me again. Looking to get back into the club, on a 1150 ADV if I can find one for the right money, colour etc.. and get rid on my XR. Please all keep an eye open, dont mind a drive to collect and pass the word if anyone's looking for a good full spec XR toy thingy.
Went to the Williams BMW ( Manchester ) do last night and had a good night listing to Charlie talk about Ewen and the trip. Makes me think what I will be up to in a years time. Maybe half way to Moscow.. Never know. For those who do remember me and want to see what we've been up to check out www.talkingthomas.com

Well I suppose I will see you all at the next BMW bash, and look out for the big fella,... hes back.

Casey AKA bushboy. :)

I remember you from a Peaks rideout, hows it going?

You snowballed them poor kids.

Are you still fuller than a fat ladies sock? :D

:D

is this similar to "teabagging"

do we want the type of person, who does this to children, in the club.

:D :D

Hey fellas, yep, back

Went back home for a while, bought house before the market went like the UK, glad I did. Back now and looking for a GS ADV and think I have found one for sale in Ripon. On ebay and just spoke to the owner, fellow called John. Says he is a club member , copper. Nice bloke so with luck I will be on it soon.

Snowballing, throwing snow balls, dont know what tea bagging is but I am dam sure it isnt nice.

Looking to get back into the swing of all things GS and GS able, got to figure out how far you can push one of these big boys around on the dirt. Will see if it can buck me off.

Whats tricks with you lads? I would hope not well behaved! at all.
By the jesus I got some catching up to do and a few beers to pay out.

By the way I knw it is a little late but did any one see who won the league and Union last month?

LOL

I get the feeling rides out are going to start getting a little interesting .

Better upgrade my life insurance :D

Hello Bushboy

Nice to see another one who has progressed up the ranks of big singles to big twins...

:D as opposed to a bunch of fat middle age bastards who found the bike during midlife crisis:D

right then

I'll get me coat

Come on Spout

Spout,

I know you can do it and what makes you think things will be different, got to get used to the size..... and after lunch see what it can do. Hmm Peaks here we come. Did I mention that I reckon that where ever I could get me XR I reckon I would get as far on the GS. We will see .

Better keep the number for the ambo boys in the phone memory.

Found One

PPL,

Found myself a bike, now me and the better half can ride of into the sunset, all be it in warmer places.

Better upgrade my life insurance and buy a new liver - glad to see you back Casey - the 'bike you've bought is a bag of shite by the way - Cat D write off, no service history, forks are bent, bearings knackered, petrol leak:rolleyes: :D

now you know that's not true Jim! - The previous owner had them all removed :D

Good to see you're back Casey.

Fond memories of you binning the 650 Dakar on the Hawes 2002 Off-road ride in all that rain, then me crashing big style on the Gayle ford on my XR250.............nearly knocking myself.....Spout (Paul) nearly waded in to rescue me.........then thought better of it!!!!!

good to hear you're around, still have great memory of you blasting across the beach:eek:

also of you being the equivalent strength of 3 men and us hauling Gerry's bike out of 'that' hole, hope better half hasn't drained you down to less than two men.:)

Tim
