You've done the hard bit by choosing the right bike :D As for colour it won't matter too much at all for resale so take yer fancy. Mines a white one no confirmed date yet but it should one of the first as I am #2 :bounce1 BWM have stated the white ones are faster for some reason :nenau

Is that because they look like ambulances? Or was it ice cream vans?

Without a doubt the matt aluminium will be the best for value retention amongst those with style. Oh, and with ABS, heated grips, etc.

No - I buy my bikes to ride. I dont think of reselling before the thing is even between my legs :nenau

Heated grips. Not expensive, but definately worth every penny.

I'm not sure about ABS - I think its pretty expensive and some riders don't like it. I've never had ABS so can't comment.

1200 GSA Panniers

Hi Guys,

Went to look at the bike at the london bike show yesterday. That was the first time i have seen the white and red one. Thats the color for me, as i dont like the olive side covers that come with the silver one.

One thing i must say is how much i dislike the panniers, the top box is far to small and the side ones just dont look right. I cant put my finger on why they dont look right they just dont. I have been trying to find after market panniers, can anyone help locate some?????

First of April....

First of April 2006 (maybe a joke in there somewhere!)
Silver
Heated grips
None ABS
Already got mi Wunderlich tank bag and Touratech Xenon light just waiting to go on...

It'll be a 'hack' bike, for winter etc. A reserve just in case the F650GS-Dakar gets poorly

I'll just be needing a low seat though

:dance
