Will be good to meet up at the port, my boat gets in at 9.55am too.Maybe see Tallinn or somewhere near on the night of the 16th, and then take an early ferry to arrive in Helsinki 10ish.
Maybe meet up with MarkN and anyone else????? Ride then up to the site for an early arrival and a swim

Just booked my ferry from Stockholm to Helsinki, get's into Helsinki at 9.55am on the 17th.
I've now decided not to go on the Harwich/Esbjerg ferry as the cost has now gone over the £500 mark. So I'm now going Dover/Calais on Tuesday 13 and then riding to Stockholm (about 2000kms) for the ferry on the 16th and stopping en route for over nights.

Plenty driving to be done then. On ferry you can least have a rest and view finnish archipelago before arriving.

The SA boys are keen on riding into Russia, so I am planning a "round the Baltic" for 2012. We will probably pop up to the Arctic circle just because.
If we go late June we can ride forever!
The Finnish GS meeting 2012 could be a good anchor.

All those mosquitos will be happy at Arctic Circle...fresh blood to suck. Good thing for driving is that there is no night at that time. Daylight for 24hrs.

At the moment i´d be more than happy to be bitten by millions of mossies than have this -20c° and more temperatures. Driving in this weather is slightly challenging to be honest

My plan is really starting to come together now, ferries are all booked (going there) and route is nearly sorted. Is there anyone going from Sweden that will be on the Stockholm/Helsinki ferry on the Thursday evening?
