No.
Although i have used mine all winter with no wet feet to date,
If however i'm out in the real shite I use waterproof socks
as a back up.
They are very very comfortable boots although if your a big fella check they will fit under or over whatever trousers your wearing as with me they didnot fit uner the bmw gear I wanted 2 buy.

Or better still buy yourself some Daytona boots. They are totally waterproof, totally adjustable for fit and when you finally knacker the leather outer you can replace it and keep the inner.
Not the cheapest but by a long long way the best boot I've ever put my feet into. Don't know what to do with my waterproof socks now...
