Hi, my left front indicator came loose at the weekend and im trying to work out how to get to the retaining bolt, I assumed it would be easy to get to once I took the headlight out , but oh no.... Am I missing something or no I need to take the rad out to get to it?
Thanks in advance, Steve

Remove windscreen
Remove headlamp glass
Undo clevis pin adjuster behind headlight bucket
Remove instrument mounting bolts behind headlight bucket
Remove headlight bolts
Remove 2 bolts on the side of the U shaped bar /alloy casting on which the headlamp mounts.
Remove 3rd bolt of U bar under headlamp bucket
Remove U shaped bar to access indicator stalks.
Marvel at the stupidity of the design.

I can' t remember why the instrument mount bolts need to come off, just copied this from my notes. I guess the headlight bucket needs to be moved out of the way...
